STEP ONE: Download Tax Forms!
You can fill out the forms from your cell or your desktop:
Please include a photo ID, and if you have dependents kindly upload a copy of their SS cards.
- From your cell phone: Download the Adobe Reader (free) open the fillable pdf inside that reader on your phone.
- From your Desktop: Download forms first, save wherever you would like, fill in your information. You can also fill it out inside the browser but you have to “save the changes to your desktop”.
STEP THREE: Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email or phone call to schedule an appointment.
